Can I add more users to the Free plan?
The Free plan is limited to 2 users (1 admin + 1 cleaner). You can add additional users for $25/user/month, or upgrade to Professional for 6 included users at $12/user beyond that.
How is billing handled?
Professional is billed monthly. We accept all major credit cards and process payments securely. Additional users and add-ons are prorated and billed monthly.
