Employees tap clock-in on their phone and GPS automatically records the exact location. No special hardware needed.
The system tracks shift duration in real time and calculates regular hours, overtime, and expenses automatically.
Review the weekly grid, approve hours, and export a payroll-ready CSV mapped to your provider — QuickBooks, Gusto, or any other.
Every clock-in and clock-out captures the employee's GPS coordinates and resolves them to a street address. See exactly where shifts started and ended — no more wondering if someone clocked in from home.

The real-time dashboard shows every active shift at a glance — who's clocked in, where they started, how long they've been working, and how much pay has accrued. Green badges mean active, grey means completed.
The weekly payroll grid shows every employee's hours broken down by day, with automatic overtime detection at the 40-hour threshold. Color-coded chips make it easy to spot long shifts, and summary columns give you regular hours, OT hours, and total pay at a glance.

Employees log gas mileage, cleaning supplies, and other reimbursable expenses directly from the timeclock. Expenses are attached to shifts and flow into your payroll export — no separate spreadsheets or receipt envelopes.
Select your employees, hit download, and get a payroll-ready CSV file mapped to your provider's format. Customizable field mapping means the export works with QuickBooks, Gusto, ADP, or any system that accepts CSV imports.

The clock-in event is recorded locally on the employee's device and synced as soon as a connection is available. GPS coordinates are captured at the moment of clock-in, so even brief connectivity is enough. If the device is completely offline, the entry is queued and uploaded automatically when service returns.
Overtime is calculated automatically based on a 40-hour weekly threshold. Any hours beyond 40 in a given pay week are flagged as overtime and multiplied by 1.5× the employee's regular rate. You can see the breakdown per employee in the weekly payroll grid and the overtime breakdown panel.
Yes. Payroll data can be exported as a CSV file with customizable field mapping. You can map columns to match your payroll provider's import format — whether that's QuickBooks, Gusto, ADP, or any other system that accepts CSV uploads.
GPS location capture is enabled by default but can be configured per employee or globally. If location services are disabled on the employee's device, the clock-in still records — it simply won't include GPS coordinates. You'll see a "No Location" indicator instead of the address chip.
Employees can log expenses like gas mileage and cleaning supplies directly from the timeclock interface. Each expense includes a category, amount, and optional receipt photo. Expenses are attached to the shift and appear in the payroll export alongside hours and pay, making reimbursement part of your normal payroll workflow.
Yes. Employees can clock in from any device with a web browser — their phone, a tablet at the job site, or a shared computer. Each clock-in captures the device's GPS location regardless of which device is used, so you always know where the shift started.
The system flags shifts that exceed a configurable maximum duration (default 12 hours) as "missed clock-out." Managers receive a notification and can manually set the clock-out time from the dashboard. The shift duration and pay are recalculated automatically once the correction is made.
Pay rate changes take effect from the date they're set — they never retroactively change historical payroll records. Past shifts retain the rate that was active at the time they were worked. The weekly payroll grid and export always reflect the correct rate for each shift.
